Rest Timer
Auto-starts the moment you check off a set. 30, 60, 90, 120, 180, or 300 seconds — or whatever you used last time.
Now in Beta
Log sets, reps, and weight in seconds. No account to create, no ads between sets, no subscription to unlock your own training log. Free, on TestFlight, right now.
No account required · Free during beta · iOS only

Log a set, hit rest, move to the next exercise. That's it — that's the app.
Tap to mark a set complete and the rest timer starts on its own. Pick 30, 60, 90, 120, 180, or 300 seconds, or let Kraft remember what you used last time. Warming up under a heavy bar? The built-in calculator works out your ramp-up sets so you're not doing plate math between reps.
No feed to scroll. No forms to fill out before you can lift. Open the app, start the workout, log the weight.

Weight, reps, and a checkmark. Warm-up, drop set, and failure sets tag in one tap.
Enter your working weight. Kraft works out the ramp-up sets so you're not doing plate math between reps.
Kilograms or pounds, switched anywhere in the app. Every chart and total follows.
Browse a library of 60+ exercises filtered by muscle group, or add your own in seconds.
Start from six pre-built routines — Push Day, Pull Day, Leg Day, Upper Body, Full Body, Arms — or build a custom one exercise by exercise. Every lift tracks its own weight, volume, and estimated 1RM over time, charted so progress is something you see, not something you hope is happening.
Exercise Library
60+ exercises out of the box, filtered by muscle group and searchable as you type. Missing something? Add it in seconds and it behaves like every other exercise.

Routines
Push, Pull, Legs, Upper Body, Full Body, Arms — ready to run on day one. Build your own from any exercise, group them into supersets, and reorder by dragging.

Progress
Weight, volume, and estimated 1RM charted per exercise, session by session. Personal records surface on their own — you don't have to go looking for them.

No sign-up. No email. No password. Open Kraft and start logging — your workout history lives on your device, not on a server you've never seen.
Want it in Apple Health too? Turn on sync. Want to close the app and never think about your account again? You can — there isn't one.
No ads interrupting your rest timer. No subscription wall between you and the sets you just logged. Kraft isn't a free trial of a bigger app — it's a workout log that works, full stop, because it doesn't need your card details or an internet connection to function.
There are good workout trackers already. Kraft borrows what works and cuts what doesn't.

Kraft is in public TestFlight beta. That means it's free, it's real, and it's still being built — some rough edges are expected, new features are still landing, and what you report shapes the next build directly.
Installing takes two steps: get TestFlight from the App Store (Apple's official beta platform — no jailbreak, no sideloading), then install Kraft through your invite link.

Yes. Kraft has no subscription and no ads in this beta. You install it through TestFlight at no cost and use every feature — exercise library, routines, rest timer, warm-up calculator, measurements, and progress charts — without paying anything.
No. Kraft doesn't require sign-up, a username, or a password. You open the app and start logging workouts. There's no account system to manage in v1.
Your data stays on your iPhone. Kraft uses SwiftData for local storage, so your workouts, routines, body measurements, and exercise history are saved directly on-device and are not sent to a Kraft server or account.
Not yet. In this v1 beta, SwiftData storage is local-only, so your data lives on the one device you're using and doesn't sync to another iPhone or iPad. iCloud sync support is scaffolded in the app but not active yet — until it ships, back up your device normally through iOS to avoid losing your logs if you lose or replace your phone.
Kraft integrates with Apple Health for body weight and vitals, syncing that data between the two. There is no dedicated Apple Watch app in this beta.
TestFlight is Apple's official app for installing beta software before it's on the App Store. To join, install TestFlight from the App Store, then use Kraft's invite link to install the Kraft beta build. From there, updates arrive automatically through TestFlight as new beta versions are released.
Kraft is currently in public beta with no fixed release date yet. It's still being tested and refined through TestFlight, and an App Store release is planned once the app is ready.
Kraft focuses on straightforward strength training logging: a 60+ exercise library, 6 pre-built routine templates plus custom routines with supersets, a configurable rest timer (30–300 seconds), a warm-up calculator, 10 types of body measurements, and progress charts that track weight, volume, and estimated one-rep max using the Brzycki and Epley formulas. There's no account requirement, no ads, and your training data stays on your device rather than living in the cloud.
